At Efinito, your satisfaction matters. You may request a return or refund under the terms below.

0. Scope

This policy applies to purchases made directly on efinitoindia.com. Orders placed through any other website or marketplace are subject to that platform’s policies.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging (if applicable).
  • A valid proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, or order confirmation email) is required.
  • Any items marked as non-returnable will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • Final sale, clearance, used, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable).
  • Returns requested after the 15-day window.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@efinitoindia.com or efinitoindia@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your Order ID
  • A brief reason for return
  • (Optional) A photo of the item for faster processing

Return instructions will be shared after review and approval.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference and eligibility.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested by contacting our support team and are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your Order ID and relevant photos.

After review and approval, customers may choose either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund (to the original payment method or store credit, as applicable)

Once approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. Free return shipping is provided for all eligible orders, including international returns.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
